Our mission is to honor the essence of the past while building a more equitable present and future through education, arts, activism, and support of the local economy. In the spirit of the "Bread and Roses" Strike of 1912, we partner with local organizations to host and support a variety of community events throughout the year that support residents’ ability to both survive (bread) and thrive (roses).
