Thank you to all who participated in creating and sharing in another exciting and engaging festival this past Sept 1st!
We boast 5,000 estimated festival goers this year that shared among 14 live performances, 16 presentations & workshops, 22 non-profits, 12 multi-cultural food vendors, 19 history & labor organizations, 11 arts & craft stands, 6 businesses, and many socially conscious sponsorships from local companies, community groups, and individuals.
The festival continues to be inclusive of a wider audience helping to represent and share in the rich heritage and cultural diversity that is part of the best what the Merrimack Valley offers.
The Bread & Roses Heritage Festival is about creating and maintaining dialog on labor and social justice history, and encouraging action to resolve the issues that persist in the present day. Join us at our October 15th meeting to participate directly in planning next year's celebration
